Cancellation, No Show & Refund Policy
By using our services, you agree to the following Blink N' Wax, LLC Company Policies set forth.
ALL services are final. No refunds are available for any service. Clients have 48 hours from preformed service to address any issues and have them fixed, free of charge.
If a client arrives more than 5 minutes late for their appointment time, Blink N’ Wax, LLC, may not be able to accommodate some, or all, of the scheduled services due to booking constraints. If the remaining appointment time will not allow for completion of the scheduled services, the client will be asked to reschedule for a later date and time and time and may be charged a late cancelation fee (see cancelation policy below). Blink N’ Wax suggests that clients arrive shortly before their scheduled appointment time to allow adequate time for the check-in process to take place, and to avoid any rescheduling for late arrivals.
In order to best accommodate all clients needs, Blink N’ Wax asks for a 12 hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Though this is not always possible, please let Blink N’ Wax know as soon as possible so that scheduling adjustments can be made. Cancellations not made 12 hours prior to appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled services cost.
No Show Policy
No-Show appointments will be charged 100% cost of the scheduled service. This fee will be charge to the client's credit card on file.
After two (2) No Show appointments, client may be required to pre-pay for future appointments* and not allowed to book online.
Three (3) No Shows and the client may not be allowed to return as a client to Blink N’ Wax.
*Future appointments for a “NO SHOW” will not be allowed to be booked online, but may call to schedule an appointment AND will be asked to pay for the appointment in advance to reserve it. Pre payment is non-refundable if you miss the appointment.
